Today, remembering how my dad raised me not to waste food, I ate some yogurt for breakfast that was already going rancid. Que lastima…
For lunch, simple innovation! Took my leftover (huge) corn husk-enveloped tamale, which was a all starch and bit boring, and poured some packaged tomato sauce, melted cuajada cheese over top, and voila, a ravioli-like dish! Much more palatable for me.
Crazy salad of cabbage, carrot, tomato, green peppers, cilantro, radish. Can tuna con vegetales y especias. Dressing of salsa lizano, vinegar, honey, olive oil. I keep trying radish but I STILL don’t like radish. jeje.
